There are a lot of good builds and all class-combo's are strong as long as you focus.
Focus is the key to a good build. Don't try and do all skills and abilities from both your classes else your not effective. Your plan of: Summon, Curse and then Slash (bleed) with sword is good because your focusing your ability points and skill sets. There arn't really any bad skills in this game, it's more of a case of how and when you use them. grab some runes of improved curse and + curse level items, maybe a sword of improved bleed duration and steal some elite summon pets and your ready to rock and roll after ascension. (lev20) - Focus is the key to winning! |

to your second answer, in the tutorial you can get a second amor therefore you must search traders which will trade amor parts for other things you found.
After the Tutorial, you can craft amor in the city, you just need to look for an Amor Crafter. to your first question if i am understand what you are asking for: every class have 5 atributes (warriors get strengh, sword, hammer, axes , tactics) one of them is primary the others are secondary , primary stands for that you only have this atribute class when you have this job as primary. (strengh it is for wars, fast casting for mesner ...) the skills you unlock are counting in one of this 5 categories... so when you unlock a skill they get stronger as you put points in that atribute it belongs too |

If you must try and think of like games then what about UO! They have 700 skill points to assign and then your character is finished. But that's just you finishing making your template, not the game! Or how many other games do you play that have no levels? Yet you play them for weeks on end! Once you get used to that fact that lev 20 is where you finish your 'template' build and start to play with your designed character, you understand that all the challenges that lay before you are there to test YOU the player and your character design. A huge amount of new content is going to be for the lev20 character and not the lev 1-19 as those levels are for you to just tweek your design, not to test your skill. If it's your first character and your less than lev 20, just learn all you can. Practice and experiment all you can. When your ready, the fun is only just beginning! muahahah! |

There is better equipment, more skills and you can earn up to 200 ability points. Some skills are going to be very hard to get and getting all the tweeks to your equipment is also a nightmare. As the game evolves I can see that your going to work hard for new skills, story lines, runes and other stuff not even in the game yet. (Expansions may be more classes and races as they are labelled as being able to be played stand alone or as part of the whole!) |
